Recruit a colleague

Do you have a colleague who should be a member of Forskerforbundet? For every working member you recruit, you will receive a recruitment bonus of NOK 500!

The bonus is paid quarterly as a digital gift card from Glede, sent directly to your inbox. There is no upper limit *) – you get one bonus per recruited member.

Recruitment is important

The more of us there are, the stronger we are both locally and nationally. With more members, we gain greater impact in negotiations, more weight in political influence and better opportunities for professional activity where you work. It's not just about numbers, but about building a community that actually makes a difference.

It should be easy to recruit

An informal conversation over coffee, an email or a tip during lunch may be enough. We have created a ready-made recruitment email that you can use. Feel free to use this as a starting point.

Please note that recruitment bonuses are only given for the recruitment of working members. See separate recruitment campaign for recruiting student members. As a student, you can of course recruit working members and receive a recruitment bonus for it.
