State sector

On April 30, Unio reached an agreement with the state on this year's wage settlement in the state sector.
– We went into the negotiations demanding real wage growth and everything distributed locally, and that's what we got, summarizes Unio state leader Steinar A. Sæther.

The agreement involves an annual wage growth of 4.4 percent, which gives an available framework of approximately 3.3 percent as of May 1. This framework is at the same level as the frontline sector. The entire pot will be distributed locally, after wage negotiations at the individual enterprise.
