May 1st breakfast for union representatives and members

In recent years, Forskerforbundet has arranged a May 1st breakfast at Tullins gate 2 in Oslo, before the parade. This year, too, we invite members and elected representatives to breakfast from 10.30–12.00.

The theme for this year's event is Academia at war, focusing on challenges for higher education, research and employees.

We are pleased to have Scholars at Risk researchers Iryna Fyshchuk from Ukraine and Rawia Awadallah from Gaza to give introductory speeches.

The event is free, and you are welcome to bring a friend – regardless of membership.

We do not cover travel expenses to the event.
