Questionnaire – Annual salary statistics

The salary statistics are one of our primary tools in our work for better wage conditions, and we therefore greatly appreciate it if as many people as possible respond.

The email about the survey has been sent to all working members in the non-state sector – that is, to those of you who are not state employees. We ask about your gross annual salary as of December 31, 2025.

We encourage everyone to respond. Please check your spam filter/junk mail if you have not received the email about the survey.

Forskerforbundet's salary statistics are an important tool for securing your rights in salary negotiations. In order to provide an accurate picture of salary developments in academia, research and the knowledge sector, we need up-to-date information from you.

By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you contribute to:

• Strengthening local and central salary negotiations.
• Making inequalities and trends in the sector visible.
• Better working conditions for employees in the knowledge sector.

In the questionnaire, you will be asked to state your gross salary corresponding to 100 % position as of December 31, 2025 and you should therefore have this on hand.

Your answers are treated confidentially. The more who participate, the stronger we are together!
